Hi to all! I passed the nclex last 2008. I just got my SSN last month as an employer based immigrant. Just a week ago, I submitted my Completed Application for Licensure by Examination including a U.S. social security number as instructed by the CA BON. My school also forwarded the needed documents.
My questions are:
Has someone gone through the same thing as I am?
What happened?
Did they release your license or not?
If yes: How long did you wait for your license?
If not: What did they say? Can you send me a copy? Did they make you do further studies?
--As i have said, I am on employment based petition, so with this, my employer is waiting for my license. With this, my life is on hold. I hope to be enlightened with this. Thank you so much.
Hi guys! My application was received Dec 10 by the California BON. So far I haven't heard anything except on Jan 15, which was my birthday, btw, I got an email from BreEze that there was a request to verify my email address. I am assuming that this was by the BON. I got pretty excited confirming my email since i noticed that my name was already my married name. I submitted a copy of my marriage certificate for the BON to be aware of my name change so that my license will be in my married name. So when i opened BreEzE for the first time, there i saw my status which is "Pending" then upon clicking details it says "Open." I have been checking probably 5 times a day since the 15th, still no change. Just wanted to share. I know it sounds crazy but I'm so anxious and excited!!! I hope it won't take too long till I get my license.
Just have faith! That is a good sign...i believe one of these days you will receive your license... Me As well, got married ,sent them my marriage certificate and upon checking my status its already in my married name.. Goodluck!!! God bless!

Hi cichlid! Unfortunately I did not check my status through logging in to Breeze. I just checked a few times a day through license verification. It took about a little over 2 months since they took out my money in the bank to seeing my name online. I'm pretty sure your license will come. Good luck!
