I just want to confirm somethings for the english proficiency exam for foreign nurses.
The last two bullets says
"The spoken language of your nursing school was English." and
"Your nursing school textbooks were written in English."
I am from the Philippines and resides in Arizona. CGFNS CES already sent to AZBON and just wonder if it's necessary for me to take IELTS or TOEFL?

Was your schooling in English? If it was you are exempt. If your schooling was in any other language you must do a language proficiency exam.

I think you're asking not whether you need to take a language proficiency exam (you do based on what you posted) but which one. Is that correct?
Does the Board of Nursing have this information on their website along with what you posted?
What the OP posted said that to be considered for exemption the candidate must meet the three criteria, not one or two of the three. Looks like a test is in order just don't know which one.
Yes, I think so. Our books are written on English as well. How will I know if I need to? University of Pangasinan. That was my school.
Here's the reason why I'm worried.
I would like to confirm some confusions on English proficiency requirement for AZ BON. I took IELTS exam and got a score of 6.5 overall and speaking of 7.00. Though my writing band score is 5.5 unfortunately.
On AZBN website, it say that "
other resources tho like IELTS says that 6.5 overall and minimum of 7.0 for speaking is needed(hoping that this is the right one). Same as US recognition lists February of 2017 (latest).
I emailed AZBN already and I don't have any respond yet.

If you are going for Australia, better try other english exams aside from IELTS. I would recommend taking PTE Academic or OET.

Hi. Based on what is stated on the AZBN's english requirement, you are required to take an english test. Only those who graduated from Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada (excluding Quebec), Ireland, Trinidad, Tobago, South Africa, Ghana, Jamaica, Barbados, or United States territory don't need to validate english language skills.
Since you got a 5.5 in IELTS writing, you did not achieve the minimum requirement for this test. International English Language Test Service Academic Examination (IELTS) with a minimum score of 6.5 on the Overall Band Score with a minimum of 6.0 on each module.
