Hey guys, I just turned in my application for PCC today and I wanted to start a thread to see who else applied. Share stats, questions, etc... on here :)

Hi everyone! Congrats to everyone who have been accepted. I was chosen as an alternate as well. I've been checking my email like 10
times a day hoping I get an acceptance email! I noticed that PCC made statistics a prerequisite for next semester. Does anyone know if we can still apply for spring 2019 if it's progress? Hoping I'll get in this semester but I'm just thinking ahead!

I think that it has to be completed before applying since it's one of the science/math pre-reqs.

Does anyone know how long it takes them to send us the orientation packet? I was also accepted to mount st Mary's and am now going to withdraw to attend PCC. I just want to be sure I get that orientation packet before I withdraw from Mount. Congrats to all that were accepted and to those waiting don't give up! The wait is horrible I applied to 8 schools this semester and was only selected for two. The wait was nerve wrecking but just try to remain positive and remember you won't give up! :)

I received my admission packet a full 7 days after my acceptance notification. Id love it if you join our cohort's fb page - hope this link works. if it doesn't work, you can search Pasadena City College Registered nursing - Class of 2020. Cheers!!

Hi Everyone,
I attended West Coast back in 2017, its a private college, and I had to withdraw due to family crisis and I wanted to reapply to finish my degree but not at west coast because its too expensive, but I would have to complete the community college requirments and I'm currenetly doing that right now and repeating some classes that I didnt do so well in and I was just wondering if theres a good accpetance rate for transfer students for ADN program at PCC, Rio Hondo, etc. Please let me know!
Hey, Congrats on your acceptance, if you don't mind me asking did you end up going to Rio Hondo?

I called and confirmed with the nursing department that I was not accepted. Congratulations to all of you who got accepted and wish everyone on the alternate list the best.
How disappointing ): I'm sorry you had to call to find that out rather than the courtesy of a real notification. Rio Hondo College left me hanging in the dark too, until I called to find out myself. I find that so unprofessional!

For those of you that called, was the lady rude? I'm on the alternate list and I called just to ask if there was a numbering system, and she seemed real mean
I haven't called yet because they said not to call in the email. Did she answer the question?
