This is for new grad nurses who are/ have applied to Parkland Hospital's Nurse Residency Program that starts in July of 2022! 

random question, but has anyone received an offer letter?

Nope. I have not. Everything but the offer letter itself.

Same here. Maybe they are adjusting the contract the same way they adjust the pay! I spoke to the recruiter about the pay increase and she told me it was why she wanted to wait to send out offers. She said we were supposed to go out the first week of June.

My recruiter emailed my offer letter this morning. If you haven’t gotten an email Try checking the career website under “my offers”

funny, I got my offer letter a few minutes after I made the post!

We are so excited to meet you! Due to the many speakers and individual scheduling that is needed, I have not yet completed the calendar for the July residency. I cannot say with any confidence that the schedule for August is set. However, we typically have the first few weeks of class (Mon-Fri, 8-hour days). In the Bridge Program, we are very dedicated to your success. As a reminder, your presence is mandatory. We do not support PTO during the residency program. The classroom content is very difficult to make-up, should you miss. Clinical shifts with your assigned preceptor are critical for your success. I hope this helps!
