I applied to quite a few of them, I guess I should have held out a bit longer instead of accepting a residency position. So, far, I am dissatisfied with my decision. Do you have to sign a contract in the MICU? If so, how long is the contract?

I had an interview for a nonresidency spot too & my status changed to "offer in progress" today but I haven't heard back from the recruiter. How long did it take for you to hear back ? What was the process like ? I appreciate your feedback !!

They offered me a position and I'm hesitant because I would be taking a pay-cut from my current job and the drive will be longer, and the 3 year contract makes you wonder, and info you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
