Hiyaaa! I wanted to start a thread for all the students applying for the spring 2020 ABSN program at pace. Feel free to ask and answer questions regarding the program, good luck to everyone!!

I know you weren't addressing me, but if it makes you feel better I literally uttered the words "I don't know... yeah" at the end of one of my responses when I was standing in front of everyone. I never wanted to shoot my own foot more than in the moment I realized I said I DON'T KNOW ? and I kept saying "um...". I thought that was the end of the road for me, but I was fortunately still admitted so you never know! I wish the best outcome for you!

I got accepted about a month ago and still have not received the paper stating I am accepted. I spoke to a counselor there and he told me that we should be hearing news soon on what the next steps are as in physical, drug test and orientation and stuff.

I interviewed on October 1st at 1pm and my application status changed to “decided” this morning. I did not receive an email yet, did anyone else’s status change too?

Has anyone started looking into loans yet ? I have no clue what I am doing lol...

I interviewed Oct 1st at 2pm and there's no change to my application yet. Someone from last week said they were able to open an attachment in their pace portal that had the acceptance letter after they got the "decided". Is there anything like that for you?

Gosh I hope I get in too! They seem really forgiving then as long as your overall answer was good.

Nope....no link and no email. I did email the admissions director and he said the nursing department is finalizing decisions and they will be released shortly

I have not yet, look into federal loans first then private loans as your last resort.

@Izzy88 I was wondering the same thing about housing, I live like 2 hours so I don’t want to commute. But I’m not sure exactly what to do about housing since they said the on-campus isn’t the best since it’s all with undergrads.
