I haven't seen a thread for it, so I thought I'd start one...has anyone else applied for OU's Fall 2016 Traditional BSN program?! :) I applied to all 3 campuses!

I got into OKC TOO!! Yayyy Today is also my Birthday so this is the best day ever!! haha congrats everyone.

I got into Tulsa! Congrats everyone!

I got into Tulsa! Congrats everyone!

Me too! Can't wait to meet everyone! :)

I got on the wait list for Tulsa! Better than a rejection. I am still completing my prereqs, so I was prepared for this.

Congrats to everyone would got in! Who knows, I might end up seeing you in the fall. :)

l got wait listed for Tulsa too. I am also finishing prereqs. Hopefully, we both make it! I wonder if we can ask where we're at on the wait list?

I thought I read somewhere that when a spot opens up they re-evaluate the applications on the alternate list then decide. I am curious to know how many people are placed on the alt./wait list!

I remember them saying at the Sneak Peak that they were 12 or 13 people into the alt. list for the ABSN. Fingers crossed! We both better make A's in our remaining classes :)

Congrats everyone!! I got alternate for OKC and Lawton, I am happy about that at least it wasn't a no, so I can breathe now!

does anyone know a good/easy upper division class to take that is 3000-4000 level to fulfill the nursing pre-req for this summer? Preferably online.. :)

I'm taking ANTH 3213 at the university of arkansas. It's what the tulsa campus suggested. It's got busy work but it's completely self paced. I've found it to be pretty easy. I'm almost done with it and I have like a 99% lol.

Oh and it's completely online.

I got my comfirmation today through email. Tulsa campus. none of my pending (lawton, tulsa, okc) have changed to accepted or denied though.

How is the process of applying there online? Is it a hassle to get the transcripts and all to send to OU, instead of taking that class at OU? Thanks for letting me know. Have you heard of any other classes? I have taking anthropology, is that intro to anthropology?

It's a class about Native American Indians. You don't actually have to apply to UARK to take the class. You just have to fax in one piece of paper requesting a position in the class and your in as long as they have a spot. You do have to send your transcript over to OU but it's not a hassle. The reason the advisor suggested it is because it's cheap only like $400 total and you don't have to be acxepted. I did all my prerequisites at a community college so my school didn't have the option of 3000 or 4000 level courses.
