I'm so excited about my orientation today. I've been working so hard and I'm so tired but I'm so ready for this to happen. It's been a long time coming but I'm finally here. I'm ready to begin this part of my journey. ?

Awesome!
My orientation was on 11/22. We went over the handbook basically. Then they talked about how rigorous the program was.
I told those that asked it was like Nursing school orientation: the scared straight version!

GRATS! and good luck! Prepare to be flexible and don't let them overwhelm you or scare you, keep your head down and work hard!
Thanks you guys!!!! Orientation was so much fun and I had a blast. The SNA at my school were awesome and they helped make it a lot of fun. Our dean and associate dean are awesome and if anything I am more excited than ever to start nursing school in January.
They gave us our first assignments for our 102 class. I won the cutest thirty-one bag with student nurse embroidered on. Yes they told us what to expect from our nursing program. How rigorous it is and don't expect this to be a cake walk. I never did. They did tell us that we need to warn our families and prep them for what is to come. They also reminded us not to spend all of our time studying and spend time with our families. Make sure they know that while we're working our butts off we're still here :-)
I'm ecstatic and again can totally not wait to begin and more so excited about December, 2015 (graduation) whooooooo hooooooo
