Hi all!
I decided to post this here b/c you all have already been where I'm at now...finishing up
pre-reqs. Taking that into consideration, I felt you all could give guidance from experience.
We're currently about to start registration for the next term. The classes I have left to take
(and then I'm DONE with pre-reqs) are as follows: Pathology, Statistics, and Nutrition.
Due to class offerings I have no choice but to take ONE on a once-a-week basis...Mondays
6-930. I'd like to have the least hardest of the 3 on the once/week, simply b/c I have Chem
now on Saturdays and it's been tough.
Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions...ALL are appreciated.
TIA
Kathy

What about online classes KathyRN2B? You can take them when it suits you and more than one at a time that way if you want. BTW, I am doing nutrition now and its an easy 3credit A - woohoo!

I agree, take Nutrition online because it is fairly easy, more like busy work. I'd take the Statistics on the one day a week. Pathophysiology is going to be more difficult and probably need more time (in class and out of class).
Thanks Sand_Dollar and Ready2Help. I appreciate your input.
Nutrition IS offered online for next term. Thankfully, taking the classes
the way that you mentioned is feasible!
Thank you again:yeah:

Take all the classes you can on-line. These classes are not as hard and time consuming as in-class classes. On-line classes do require self-discipline on getting your homework done. I am a nursing instructor and I took most of my pre-req on-line and loved it. I was able to concentrate on the class when it fit into my schedule. and sometimes that was a 10 at night or later. Do what you feel would help you the most. Some students need the teacher to be in person and not someone talking over the computer.
Thx greasy! I tend to be one of those students that needs a teacher in person, but I have taken a couple of online classes in the past...sociology, philosophy. Math I KNOW I definately can't and I'd be worried about Pathology online as well. Thanks for your input!
