Ontario Second Entry Nursing Fall 2020

Hey, I used to creep these forums for the past few years and they helped affirm my decision to apply to nursing school for Fall 2020. I didn't see one started for next year so I thought, why not start one?

I graduated a while back so I'm a bit older, but my top three choices are:

1. Queen's

2. McMaster

3. York

4. Humber-UNB

Nope. I've applied to Queen's, Western, and McMaster and I haven't heard anything from any of those. Although I heard Queen's sent out some acceptances back in February as early offers. I'm not sure how many of those were sent out. I applied near the deadline (which was after these early acceptances) and my sub-GPA is about a 3.9. So I'm not sure when they'll send out new offers. Hopefully soon.

I just rejected my offer for Queens, I got my acceptance in early Feb, I think they'll be sending out more offers soon ?

I also rejected my offer- so that is at least two more spots ?

Personally, I rejected it because I got into Nipissing's Scholar Practitioner Program and it was my top choice. I love the way it is structured and how different it is from the other accelerated nursing programs

Any one heard back from Humber lately or rejected an offer from them. I am on the waitlist and hoping something comes up for me.

Hey CONGRATS! I got accepted to Queen's too, but I was wondering why you choose Queen's over Trent?
