Lehman College 2018 Fall Generic BSN/ABSN applicants!

Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!

I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!

So on the spreadsheet, I was in Group 17, the LAST group. My group had 2 hospitals listed and Fatima informed me the reason for such is because they were not sure which hospital we would be doing our clinicals. My group also had no code next to it. Seems like I'll be waiting forever being that she is going in order.

Is everyone that was able to register putting in those codes while registering? Or can I just put all classes into the system and see which are successful?

I was able to register for all the classes. I didn't get an email but I knew my clinical section and the professor. The NUR 344 class only has two sections on Wednesday so I tried registering for both and I was able to get into one of the sections. NUR300 has four sections and I just tried to register for all the sections and I got into one that I was given permission for. I could have waited for Fatima's email but I have to get my loans sorted out so I just tried to register for my classes and I got all of them.

Those of you who are in accelerated: were you able to register for nUR330: pharmacology? I was able to register for all, but this one. Message said that it required a co-requisite which is NUR303.

That makes sense: you do not take pharm in the fall.

I could try, but I will wait. For accelerated, there was a tentative schedule in the orientation packet but a few options for sections. For example, a class could be either on Tue or Th, so I have no idea as to which section/day I should register. We all will have a seat, so no worries here. The only thing I am worried is I need to file for loans ASAP, and I cannot do so until I register for classes.

The classes that get approved would go by what Fatima gives permisson for. So if you add every single class in 300, one will be approved, and so on. And you will notice that they are all in sync with nothing overlapping.

I was able to register from NUR 301 with Clinical and NUR 344, just waiting on NUR 300. I did exactly what was said with adding all classes to the cart and once I was done, I finished the enrollment. Everything that had permission went through while the others remained needing permission. BTW if no one ordered their stethoscope, they have a great deal of classical III with bandage scissors and penlight for $89 I believe.

Seems like a lot of people already have their classes. I'm wondering why they haven't started sending emails out yet--or maybe they have but no one in this thread has received an email.
