Lanier Tech Spring 2018

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi everyone,

I have started my application for Lanier Tech (Forsyth Campus) for spring 2018 LPN program. My overall GPA is a 3.7, but with their specific pre-reqs it is a 3.2. I plan on taking the TEAS next month in July, and getting the best score I possibly can. Is this a realistic goal to getting into the program? I should also note that I also work full-time in a major Georgia hospital to add to my resume.

Thanks in advance!

No problem! Good luck. Im not sure what the negative comments are but I have high expectations and this is not my first career so I know that it's hard work putting together and scheduling the exact amount of hours for class in order to meet the state's requirements. I have not heard anything negative from the seniors whom are about to graduate from Forsyth, nor any of the freshman that I'm currently in class with.

I applied to the Forsyth Campus on June 18, 2018 and have just received my acceptance into the program on July 5. I had a 3.6 G.P.A and I scored a 79 on the TEAS Exam. I hope this helps someone.

I too, got into the program at Forsyth with teas 83 with a 3.8gpa, so Im assuming the people who got in must've had high 70s-80s on their teas.

Hello all when you started here did you need to give them all your transcripts from other schools? I took a literature class when I was 18 and I found out that I owe them 2000. I had no idea until a few months ago now they are holding my transcripts but I want to apply. To there new ASN program as I'm already an LPN.

If you want to receive transfer credits, you need the transcripts.
