So, CAN I get my AHA Healthcare Provider CPR renewed online, and if so how do I go about doing so, and where is the best place, website, to go to get it done? I don't think it's actually available online on the AHA website.
Sorry if this has been asked before, I need to get this done as soon as possible. Thx!!!!

You can take the AHA written portion online (BLS for Healthcare Providers Online Part 1), but need to do the practice and skills portion (Part 2 and 3) in person with an instructor. If you look at the online course, at the bottom it states "Skills session sold separately." If they will give you a cpr card by taking an online course, then they are not AHA and your hospital will not accept it. Almost all health care facilities will only accept AHA.

I found most facilities do not accept anything but American Heart Association certification.
Try your local hospital . I recently paid $35 and it was a 3 hour class.

Yeah doing it "online" is going to be a waste of your time and money. Call your local fire stations, hospitals, Etc to see if any of them offer it. I get mine renewed through my fire dept.

I'm going through this right now with my ACLS.
I'm taking the written test portion online through the AHA, and have scheduled a skills check with a local training company.

I did the AHA online version with my BLS. It made life pretty easy--after taking the test, I just showed up to my skills session (organized through my workplace) and was done in 20 minutes.
