Olivet Nazarene FNP

Hi! I'm looking at FNP programs. What have you heard about Olivet Nazarene University? I've heard great things so far. The only thing I'm a little worried about is the curriculum; it looks like there aren't as many core FNP classes as there are in other programs. Has anyone gone through their FNP program? Have any insight? Thanks!

I TOO will be starting at ONU Aug. 22nd!!! Would love to get to know you all better prior to starting :) I am not looking forward to loosing my life for two years :( But, excited for the payoff.

I am on waitlist for the August start. I was told that in order to move forward, depends on who can take care of their financial arrangement. I will be calling Financial solutions on Monday and keeping my fingers crossed that I get in the August start. I do have to complete my Statistics within the first few courses of the FNP program.

The Aug 22nd cohort is full??? Yeah I am sure there will be someone who drops out for whatever reason then.

I am in IL. By the way, I was told I need to do Statistics. So I am now in search of online classes. If you or anyone in this forum can recommend one, please let me know. :yes:

Luckily I did a stats class and my undergrad program so I didn't need it for this one. Does Onu not offer one or are you trying to get it done before the program starts?

They do offer the class and you are right, I am trying to get it done and over with before I start my classes at ONU.

Gotcha. Yeah I figured that was the case. I would do the same thing too. I did mine through rio Salado community college. 8 week course all online and the best part is they have start dates every Monday.
