It's really hard to say, not knowing how many students apply and how many students are accepted each semester/year and if there's a waiting list and if so, how many people are on it and what's the average GPA of accepted students in past semesters... etc.
There are just too many variables.
Will your school average all 3 A&P grades if you take it again? If so, how will changing that 'C' to a 'B' affect your GPA? Will they even let you re-take it again after having received an 'A'? How many credit hours do you have? Usually changing one grade one letter won't have a significant impact on your GPA unless you've only taken a few classes. It's probably not worth the money or time.
Apply - if you don't get in, then consider retaking it or taking some additional non-nursing-pre-req coursework to boost your GPA.
@juliaann, the gpa requirement is 3.0 in order to apply. The TEAS is the final deciding factor if they received more applications that there are seats. I will apply and take it from there. Retaking the AP1 class will improve my GPA from 3.7 to 3.8. Thanks for your response.
@HeartsOpenWIDE, Believe it or not, I was not looking for a compliment but thanks anyway. Its just sometimes you doubt yourself and just need some encouragement. Thanks for giving me some.
Jazzy - I don't know much about the TEAS since none of the schools I'm considering require it (I'm assuming it's out of a score of 100? Or is 90 your percentile? Either way that seems pretty darn good to me!), but I think GPA-wise you should be in good shape. That's a solid GPA, even without retaking the A&P. Maybe meet with a nursing program adviser and ask them what else you can or should do to be a stronger applicant? My nursing program has additional "non-required but you get 'bonus' points on your application for taking them" classes - like critical thinking, pharmacology, and cross-cultural communication. Maybe see what else, if anything, you can be taking?
I still wouldn't retake the A&P at this point, even if it would bring you up a tenth of a point. Retaking a class you've already proven you can get an 'A' in doesn't really show anyone anything...
Taking it a third time would still give you a C for the course, you would have to take it twice more (total of four times) to get a B, and really repeating a course once you have an A seems pointless to me (an A proves you knew 90%(ish) of the course work, and showing someone that you knew 90% of AP1 three times doesn't change anything).
Be glad that your school takes averages, there are some out there that will auto reject applicants that get below a B in any science course.
wow, u got a 90 on the TEAS exam?!
gosh...girl u'll make it!
i'm 85% sure u'll make it into the program!
i took that exam twice in different school, and the highest i got was 79%!!!
and i took the other exam which is NET 4 times too! and the highest i got was 84% and i got in!
u'll make it, ur GPA is high-enough.
just make sure that the students who applied weren't that many...if they were like 2000+ then ur chances is low.
on the school that i got accepted to, the applicants were only around 300+ since it's a private school. so i'm very happy i got in! i didn't even think in my wildest dream i would get in, coz my exam score is pretty low (84%) BUT I DID!
so don't lose hope, and keep the faith!

I would like your honest opinons please, here are my stats,
GPA 3.67 after taking all prereqs. I got an A in all of them except for my AP1 class I got an F then retook it and got an A. My school averages both grades which will now be a C. Should I retake a third time?
So... what are my chances of being accepted into the program with a 3.67 and 90% on the TEAS. These are the only criteria that my school looks at.
Be honest..thanks
