OHSU BSN, Fall 2022

Hi everyone! I haven’t seen a thread on this years BSN program and wanted to connect with other applicants! I was waitlisted last year, and applied again to the Ashland campus. How’s everyone feeling about their application?

Wait how do you have an OHSU account? I have never gotten any information how to log into anything...Did I miss something? Ah now I am stressed

I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing who is waiting to hear back from admissions. I am struggling to not think about it constantly! Going to get out and soak up this sunshine in the Monmouth area before the rain starts. I hope you are all taking care of yourselves while you wait to hear back!

Very nervous waiting! I keep telling myself it probably won’t be today so I don’t get disappointed. My interview felt like it went so well with Ashland Campus but I will probably get waitlisted again.

Hi! Any others that have applied to the Portland branch know if they send out rejections at the same time as the acceptance letters? After I submitted my essays, I got an email saying letters would be sent out around the third week of April!

Have any Ashland applicants received an email yet? Also, if we are waitlisted do we get notified at the same time as those accepted?

No email from Ashland yet! And yes I believe we will find out either way at the same time

Hi! I haven’t gotten an email yet, still anxiously waiting ? I was waitlisted last year and was notified the same time as people accepted! I’m not sure if it’s going to be different this year though

Were you given a number when you were waitlisted?

Last year the waitlisted were ranked “highly” “moderately” and “somewhat” likely to be offered admission. I was in the moderately likely at Ashland and never made it off the waitlist.

Same here!! Which other schools are you applying for? All of mine will be at the end of the month/early April so OHSU is the only one I could find out about any day now. It’s nerve wracking!
