Oh God, I screwed up....

I don't want to post details, but let's just say it wasn't minor. I have never screwed up this badly. The only thing I can say is that it was my first day off orientation and I only had the patient for about 30 minutes, and I did the best I knew how. But still, it's my signature on the bottom of that form....ugh. :crying2:

Omg, I'm so sorry! *hugs* I am not an RN yet, so I can't really give advice (plus I don't know the situation), but I feel really bad for you. Hopefully things will get straightened out, and it won't be as big of a 'screw up' as you think. Good luck! :icon_hug:
