I'm so excited, I am offically starting tomorrow. I am staying up to midnight hoping that I'll get the link so I can start. I'm just so thrilled I am moving forward.
Any people out there already enrolled in WGU have any advice!?!

Good luck with your program.
thanks caliotter3! You've always been so supportive even when I was going through Excelsior. It hasn't even been a year yet and I am ready to hit the books again. I like school, yay me!

Congrats! Keep us updated. I wish I could start now but they require that I have my license to start, ohh well.

Congrats! Yes, please keep us updated. I hope to be starting this school once I get my associates and pass the NCLEX, which will either be this October or February of 2012. I'd love to hear how your new adventure goes Good luck!
Well, what have you done since midnight? He, he.

Im considering WGU for my BSN I just took NCLEX-PN (waiting for results, got the good pop up). I checked out their website and i still was unsure about which pre-reqs they require and if they have a LVN-BSN program ?? If u know please let me know and keep us posted on your progress, thanx in advance.

I've considered WGU. But it through me for a loop when they said I had to take an assessment test. Do to high test anxiety, especially when I have no idea what is on the test, has stopped me from going forward with WGU.
Good Luck.
The assessment test is nothing but a formality, nothing to get upset over. Go ahead and take it.

Good luck with school!! :)
Update: oh yeah I finished my first class already. Well with the exception of one thing but that's cause I can't do it until I talk to my mentor. Which she will be calling in about 45 minutes. So I am hoping to finish this first class today. Then... I am planning on starting the next one.
I'm so excited!! I so want my BSN... then... MSN!
