i am goin thru immigration with ogp i hav had a few problems with them can anybody share there experiences of ogp with me.

Hi,I am also going with OGP. Hopefully I am nearly at the end now, just waiting for embassy interview.

It has all taken a long time, about 20 months but I have had few problems.

I am not going to the state I wanted, but don't particularly mind. I consider all experience worthwhile.

Have you had specific problems with them or the whole process?

Good luck.

:)

Kay (madwife2002) is going with OGP and I think she's doing just fine up to now. I'm sure she'll respond when she sees your post :)

Major problem that I see with them is that they will not guarantee you a state, and their is a very wide difference between temperature, geography, etc. in this "small" country of ours. So spouse is unable to look for work until the very last moment. I also know of nurses that got their state changed once they arrived here.

So please be very careful with them. Also have a bad track record for follow-up availability once you are over here.

Hi,

Had no problems with them up to now, but as Suzanne said I havent a clue where I am going to live. What sort of probems are you having with them? Everything has gone according to plan. What stage are you at?

I am waiting for package 3 at the moment.

what state are you goin to and which state did you want to go to

Hi,

I wanted to go to Phoenix, Arizona as I had lived there previously and knew the city. However, I am going to California, a state I have previously visited.

I got my phase one approval in December last year. I am now waiting for the embassy interview, hopefully in July after the G8 summit. I hope to be stateside by August. I just want to get going now!

Vermont can be used only based on where the office is for the agency that is sponsoring you. You do not have a choice in centers................ :)

Hi,

I think everybody who's posted on this thread is going to US.

How easy is it to emigrate to Australia? What processes do you have to go through?
