NYU Fall 2018

Published

Hi, I'm starting this thread because there are only Accelerated BSN threads out there. If you applied to NYU's nursing program as a transfer student without an undergrad degree, I would love to hear from you! I recently found a traditional transfer thread from many years ago and it seemed like not many of the applicants were accepted. This has me worried as I applied as a traditional transfer, regular decision. Is there a possibility NYU only really considers students as traditional freshmen and ABSN students?

Maybe you should call and ask when to expect to hear back?

Really hope you get in, good luck :)

Thank you! I called yesterday and they said that they're still reviewing applications at this time and that all decisions will be made by June 15th

Hey Guys,

I got accepted and they took me off the waitlist. I also got into LIU BK

I advise every one to look into rolling admissions. LIU has rolling days till June. So apply

You would have to take the TEAS in July or something for LIU. But it is not a requirement to apply.

Good Luck!

are you going to nyu or lou bk?

Magnanimity, that is wonderful news! Congratulations!!! I'm still waiting :/

Forgot to say congrats! I'm still waiting too

Hey! If you apply to LIU for rolling admissions, how long do they give you until you have to make a decision to commit to their school?

Look into rolling admissions for other schools.

I am going to Ramapo because it is 20 min from my house and it is the cheapest with 4 semesters that are mapped out for me.

I have not got the letter in mail yet. Just an email. As soon as i have more info i will let you know

I hope we find out this week ugh

Hey,

Does NYU nursing look at pre-reqs GPA or do they look at all GPAs (like past university)?
