NYU Fall 2007

For the Fall admission, NYU will not notify you until early May--unless they change it now!

Hi! I am applying for the fall 2007 at NYU but have not sent in my application yet. The deadline is March 1 for the accelerated BSN. Is that the program you applied to?

Actually I applied to the basic BSN since I do not have a bachelor's degree yet.

Hi Tracy. :) I also applied as a transfer to the basic BSN program. I hate the whole application process, it's so frustrating! They're so secretive with their information, you need an act of congress to find out how many spots are available and what a competitive GPA is! I've heard anywhere from 2.8-3.4. ANNOYING! I don't expect to hear til early May..ugh..it's going to be a long few months! Where else did you apply??

NYU will accept 30% out of the entire pool of applicants.

I applied to Phillips Beth Israel, NYU, Hunter and SUNY Farmingdale. Did you apply anywhere else?

hello I sent for the application i have not even recieved them yet. I am originally from the Caribbean and i dont even know how the system works up here...I am a high school graduate....I really want to Major Nursing this Fall and some how or the other i feel like i am wayyyyyy behind.

I've applied to a few schools, but nothing else in the NY area, aside from Seton Hall. I'm looking at Drexel, LaSalle, Villanova and NYU..These programs are so competitive..eeeks.

Why 2011?

It means that if you go to NYU on fall 2007 and it takes you four years to be done u graduate at 2011.

They are still "processing" and never received my HS transcript...

I do believe that the NYU freshmen application was due in January for the fall. Check their website.

When you do fill it out I recomend that you do their on-line application, it is much easier. And I got instant email confirmations.

You don't have to fill it out all at once. You can keep logging in and out and submit it when you're done with it. I do recomend that you keep hitting the "save" button, though. I learned that the hard way...
