  1. Hey I recently got an interview there. Can you tell me more about St. Francis? Are you still used to the environment? I'm very nervous because the orientation does seem short. Is everyone supportive there? How are the physicians? Does it get hectic? What shifts do you suggest for a new grad?
  2. I 'm just like you! When i was little i cried about every little thing that i did wrong. It is still a problem for me now, but now i don't cry that much. If i cry everyone can tell. MY face turns very red and my nose turn bright red. Now I'm worry cause i might cry too when i start working. I will be going to nursing school next year. I hope i have the strength to hold my tears in, but my face might red. I recently watched a movie and a lady told this girl to not cry in front of people and one must cry in a place where no one can see one. It will make you stronger and when you cry in front of people will sympathize you. The rubber band seems like a good idea and i should wear one just in case.
  3. well i calculated already and if i do work study i just have to pay back about 20k for all four years. I think I'll stick to nursing and I'll volunteer at the hospital during to summer. Thanks
  4. Recently i have been accepted to NYU and Boston College and now I'm having second thoughts about nursing. Is going to NYU for nursing a waste? I was also thinking about doing medicine, but now I'm very confuse. Any response will be appreciated.
  5. I wonder if it is possible to be in a nursing program and take classes that are needed for med such as organic chemistry, physics, biology..etc ? Will it work out if i take summer classes as well?
  6. NYU Fall 2007 and Boston College fall 2007 Don't know where to go.Both of them are BSN
  7. I got into NYU !!! Is anyone going? :):smiley_aaCongrats to everybody!
  8. It means that if you go to NYU on fall 2007 and it takes you four years to be done u graduate at 2011.
  9. Hey did u get in yet? I got a postcard inviting me to admitted students of 2011. I hope you all get in.
  10. Hey I hope that you can tell me all the pros and cons of Buffalo University. I am having a hard time deciding which college to go to. What is good about the nursing program? Are there any advice that you can give me if i go to Buffalo?
  11. I'm a senior in high school and I'm not sure if going to Suny school would be better or a private school. I know for Sunys you have to go through the required course and apply to a very competitive program. There can be a risk if i go to Suny, but it is cheaper. What happens if i don't get into the nursing program. Or is is better to go to a private school to avoid the competitiveness. I wanted to go to Binghamton but now i'm not sure because it will be a risk. I also applied to NYU and Boston college which are both really hard to get into. I got into Drexel with a good scholarship, but its too far away. I'm so confuse:scrying::stone:crying2:
  12. Cool i got into Drexel too, but I'm not sure if i should go. Is Drexel really good for nursing? I got into honors and they are giving me 17,000 scholarship each year. The program is a BSN co-op
