Direct evaluation with New york borad

I want to do my credential evaluation with the nyc bord directly without cgfns, if anyone did it, how long did it take?

I did mine with them.  Took about a year to be honest and correspondence wasn't the greatest.  They also don't give you your US equivalency.  They said said they don't recognize my exam pass and which NCLEX I'm eligible to take.  I applied for a job that needs to have my US education equivalency so now I wish I just went through CGFNS in the first place.
