Hi guys! Thought I'd make a forum for NYU's ABSN Program for fall 2020.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexis Paige. Currently in California. I received my BA in psych from a private university with a GPA below 3.0. Took pre-reqs in multiple community college while working. Ended up with the same GPA as undergrad ?

Here's my stats:

Anatomy: C (planning to retake in spring 2020)

Physio: A-

Microbio: C+ (planning to retake in spring 2020)

Chem for health sciences: C+

Nutrition: A

Stats: C

Lifespan dev: B

Volunteer experience at Stanford University. Do you think I have chance with NYU? I feel like my only hope in getting in are the letter of recs + personal essay.

Feel free to comment whatever is on your mind. What are your stats? Where are you from and what other schools will you be applying at? Help a sistah out!

which university are you going to pick?

I'm in a kind of limbo with Drexel at the moment (They accepted me for Spring but I'm waiting to see if they'll accept me for Fall instead) but I'll probably go with them. Half the price and 11 months.... as much as it breaks my heart to think about saying no to NYU. But it'll open up a spot!

how many people on the group already accepted?

I guess acceptances are going out on mondays now? Considering someone got in last Monday too.

whats name of the facebook group? I cant find anything for fall 2020 absn

Hey guys, I'm a little late to this question but my application checklist disappeared Sunday-- does that just mean that they've made their decision? Or is it irrelevant

For all the people that got accepted recently when did you guys submit your applications?

I submitted my application March 1st
