Hi guys! Thought I'd make a forum for NYU's ABSN Program for fall 2020.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexis Paige. Currently in California. I received my BA in psych from a private university with a GPA below 3.0. Took pre-reqs in multiple community college while working. Ended up with the same GPA as undergrad ?

Anatomy: C (planning to retake in spring 2020)
Physio: A-
Microbio: C+ (planning to retake in spring 2020)
Chem for health sciences: C+
Nutrition: A
Stats: C
Lifespan dev: B
Volunteer experience at Stanford University. Do you think I have chance with NYU? I feel like my only hope in getting in are the letter of recs + personal essay.

OMG IDK!! NYU is the dream school. And I'm still waiting to see if Drexel will reaccept me for the Fall instead of the Spring. Monetarily, Drexel still makes more sense but it's going to hurt to say no to NYU....
just to encourage some of you, I really didn't think I would have a chance. more than half of my prereqs are still ongoing, I had zero letters of recommendation, my GPA was 3.19. But somehow I made it! don't lose hope you guys.
I checked my portal this morning and nothing was changed. Just got an email saying an update had been made and logged back in and had a decision letter!
