NYU Accelerated Nursing Fall 2020

Hi guys! Thought I'd make a forum for NYU's ABSN Program for fall 2020.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexis Paige. Currently in California. I received my BA in psych from a private university with a GPA below 3.0. Took pre-reqs in multiple community college while working. Ended up with the same GPA as undergrad ?

Here's my stats:

Anatomy: C (planning to retake in spring 2020)

Physio: A-

Microbio: C+ (planning to retake in spring 2020)

Chem for health sciences: C+

Nutrition: A

Stats: C

Lifespan dev: B

Volunteer experience at Stanford University. Do you think I have chance with NYU? I feel like my only hope in getting in are the letter of recs + personal essay.

Feel free to comment whatever is on your mind. What are your stats? Where are you from and what other schools will you be applying at? Help a sistah out!

Yeah mine is empty except for the portion that lists my name and the program I applied to

it was a false acceptance for me but my portal only has my basic information. it doesn't have update prerequisites or anything anymore

The admissions lady said that there is a technical difficulty with the system and they apologize but that although its saying on albert I was accepted, that I have not actually been accepted to the program yet and I could still receive a rejection

Well I just rechecked my application portal and a letter of acceptance was there. Maybe check now?

Good afternoon. CONGRATS to all that have been accepted thus far. To those accepted today, what were your stats and experiences?

(I am using a handheld so it's difficult for me to go back and look for your stats in older posts. Sorry, please don't hate me!)

I’m starting to get so annoyed ? I applied way back in like November for the Fall 2020 class and I still have heard nothing back. The way they do this is incredibly frustrating. Luckily I already reserved my seat in another cohort at a different school.

Edit: CONGRATS to everyone who got in!! I’m so jealous!!
