Volunteer experience at Stanford University. Do you think I have chance with NYU? I feel like my only hope in getting in are the letter of recs + personal essay.
Feel free to comment whatever is on your mind. What are your stats? Where are you from and what other schools will you be applying at? Help a sistah out!

I did FAFSA but not CSS because I'm not paying more money until I'm accepted somewhere. But you don't HAVE to fill out FAFSA for an admissions decision, they've said. But it's free, so might as well!

Can someone clarify if we should fill out fafsa. From my understanding, second bachelors degrees don’t qualify for fafsa so what’s the point in filling out?

I BELIEVE it's because the school does offer some scholarships and go off of your FAFSA but I could be misinformed.

It qualifies you for federal loans. The only alternative (that I know of) would be private loans or paying out of pocket.

I was looking for Mt. St. Vincent and I don't see a deadline but that last day for deposits is May 1st. Pace was February 1st and the deposit was 2 weeks after receiving acceptance. I deferred Pace acceptance to next year because of everything that is going on, you never know. Who know where this virus is taking us, so I thought it would be better safe than sorry.
