Hello everyone!

My name is Kaitlyn and I was recently accepted into NYU Meyers as a Second Degree (non-accelerated) student. I'll be finishing up my prerequisite courses at NYU this Fall 2019 and will then begin the ABSN curriculum with, hopefully, some of you all in the Spring 2020 cohort!

Just wanted to start a thread for everyone to communicate on as you all work on getting your applications in ?

I didn't get one...or maybe not yet...idk. I guess they have their "chosen" applicants.

Hi All! I was wondering if anyone received decisions yet? First the admissions department at Meyers told me they would begin going out at the end of October, and a couple of days ago they said the first batch of decisions won’t be going out till the end of November! I’m a bit confused and super anxious, so I was wondering if anyone here got admitted or rejection emails yet.

hey, i dont think NYU are telling us the truth tho, from the past cohort 2019 and 2018, the first batch that got acceptance are around 25th.

there is no way that the first batch of decisions won't be going out till the end of November. please let us know if anyone got their decision yet

If its a Jan start, end of November is pretty late as far as making living arrangements, finding loans, clearance etc. There's a lot of prep work involved to start.

Yes, I received the acceptance letter on oct 25th . They will send an email to check your application status. Based on old 2019 spring forum, Next batch should probably be in 2 weeks. Good luck!!
