NYU ABSN Spring 2020

Hello everyone!

My name is Kaitlyn and I was recently accepted into NYU Meyers as a Second Degree (non-accelerated) student. I'll be finishing up my prerequisite courses at NYU this Fall 2019 and will then begin the ABSN curriculum with, hopefully, some of you all in the Spring 2020 cohort!

Just wanted to start a thread for everyone to communicate on as you all work on getting your applications in ?

Hey guys I was checking my applicant info and it says they still haven't received my transcripts even though they were sent over a month ago.. I just had them sent again though. Does anyone else have this issue?

@daniele11 I'm having the same problem. I have a notification that says my transcripts were received over a month ago, but my application says they have not been received. I wonder if it's because they have so many applications it is taking a bit longer to update everything. I sent them again as well just in case.

I have the same issue so you're not alone. I think i read previous cohorts have a similar issue. It just takes time for them to update the tracker.

So I re-sent mine and it immediately updated that they received them... but I wanted to be in the priority cohort.. and now I probably won't be right?

I got everything finished on sep. now im waiting for the decision. from the past cohort. i think we will be getting decision letters back soonest at oct 27th. hope us all get in.

Did anyone get login credentials to see the status of their application? Do they automatically give you access to Albert? And create an email for you?

i think they send out emails. cuz i did received an email telling me my info and how to log in

Can anyone see their admission decision yet? I have my Albert log in and everything but there's not place for me to click on to see the decision.

Dont think admission decisions are going out until late October early November. This is what the admissions department had to say. Good luck to you all!!

I applied for the NYU ABSN program and submitted my application In August however I haven't heard back from them. I was wondering if anybody has received their decision yet? I am super anxious!

Alot of people’s lives are about to change shortly. A small prayer for all of us, may there be seats for us all. Congrats to those whom make it, the sky is the limit. For those that dont, dont give up and keep on fighting and trying people need you out there!
