NYU ABSN Fall 2013 Entry

Hello everyone! I have submitted my application and my transcripts to NYU for the ABSN program beginning in fall 2013! I am very excited but surprised that we will be hearing so late about an admission decision. Is anyone else applying?

The deadline to confirm enrollment is May 1st. It doesn't state explicitly in the email when the deposit is due but I'm guessing then. As a heads up it looks like transfer students cannot defer enrollment so if you applied for the fall you're locked in.

The email says something about checking "critical instructions to learn how you can review your preliminary statement of transfer credit and how to confirm your enrollment online" but the link takes me to the application page. I'm too excited to try to play around with the site :)

Do you know how to confirm the enrollment? I clicked the link as you did. But it turned me to the application page.

Hey goodluck, I did some googling and I'm pretty sure that we do it through the Albert site (under check application status). I've included the link to the critical instructions below in case you haven't activated your Albert log in. I just checked and according to Albert they're still processing my application. I'm guessing the status updates take a few days to process.

I still see this message when I check my application status:

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is processing your application. Below you will see the credentials we expect to process for your application and the processing status of each item. Credentials submitted to our office satisfy the application requirements for NYU New York, NYU Abu Dhabi and NYU Shanghai if you applied for that program. Be aware that while items may be in our office, it may take several weeks before credentials are actually processed and reflected on the checklist.

No problem! If you're able to check the status of your application would you let me know? I'm a little nervous (what if the email was a mistake?!?)

Never mind, just saw the link to the admissions offer page (it's a green box above the processing paragraph). Don't know how I missed it!

Do they release the admissions decisions all at once? I haven't heard anything back yet :/

I got my acceptance this morning too. I went to this page for the critical instructions (Admitted Students and then clicked on Transfer admitted students which is on the right side), but they still aren't 100% applicable to us NYUCN admitted, as the places they tell you to go on ALBERT are not available. At least the accept spot is there. Made my payment to accept, got confirmation, but no further confirmation/information on what next....
