NYU ABSN Fall 2013 Entry

Hello everyone! I have submitted my application and my transcripts to NYU for the ABSN program beginning in fall 2013! I am very excited but surprised that we will be hearing so late about an admission decision. Is anyone else applying?

Brooklyn college, BS in Health & Nutrition and also a BS in Psychology. =)

heyyyy,

I also asked them the question and the person told me that during the the priority deadline, they are allowed to accept as many as they want, meaning they can fill all the seats. for the second deadline, they can only fill the seats that are left. There is a huge difference, they just don't say it.

Hey guys just a quick question do any of you have your recommendation letter status checked on Albert, because I sent in my recs almost a month ago and nothing check please let me know extremely worried. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

Arakhmin- Hey, I don't even have recommendation letter check box on Albert. Just call and make sure they got them...

Hi,

Letters of recommendations won't show on Albert but give them a call and double check with them.

Thanks guys but when i call them they go on Albert to check everything and tell me that they haven't received it. I sent in my recs together with my payment they got the payment but not the recs yet :/ I am so worried........ Just wondering if you guys called to find out about your recs and if they received them. Thanks

Yeah I just called to re-check and the advisor read down the list of application materials and said my LOR have been received...So maybe you should resend those letters.

the recommendation letters do not show on Albert. you have to call them. and i called them and they received them. GOOD LUCK!!!

I am sorry for nagging you guys with all these questions but do you mind sharing when you guys submitted your recommendation letters to NYU

Yes I submitted everything on the 13th of Feb and it amazes me that they still did not get my recs i have the confirmation number from the post office that if was delivered and also i sent it together with the payment in one envelope they got the payment but not my recs
