NVC -CP- GC Tracker

Published

I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.

The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.

Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!

The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Here is my case details

Category : EX Schedule A

USCIS receipt : April 2004

Processing Center : Vermont

I-140 approved : October 2004

NVC case number : MNL2004813XXX

NVC forwarded packet 3 : April 5, 2005

Packet 3 sent back to NVC : May 3, 2005

NVC case completed : May 16, 2005

Consular Interview : August 29, 2005

I hope you can also post here your details interview experience.

God bless!

So agp_ph & bottomless appetite, did you get a November interview?

May we request helpful co-nurses who have November 2006 schedule of interviews to pls share your timeline, from PD to case completion to receipt of Packet 4.. Thanks so much for letting us have an idea where the rest of us stand in the process.

No interview date for me yet :(

Hi everyone!!! i had my consular interview last August but i was not yet given a visa because my petitioner (the hospital) had merged with other hospital and the embassy is asking for additional documentary proof about this merging. The consul said that there will be "bit of a delay". we had already submitted the papers that they are asking last september (2nd wk) and the embassy said that we just wait for a notice to arrive. Will i still be affected by the retrogression? am i entittled for a reserved visa? tnx

hi twinkle_bell, we have the same case. can i send u a pm?:nurse:

hi twinkle_bell. hope u won't mind me asking, how's your case doing? have you received your visa yet or any advice from the embassy? i'm really interested to know coz we are in the same boat as far as employer is concerned. the nursing home facility i'm supposed to work to has been bought by a new company but the name and structure of the facility stands still. the new company also issued a job offer in my behalf to supercede the earlier issued by the old company. i will still be submitting the supporting documents this coming Monday as asked by the Consul during my interview last August. I just got hold of the package yesterday from my agency based in U.S. hope to hear from u, twinkle_bell and hope your case has been resolved already... God bless.:nurse:

hi to everyone. to those who have the same case as mine, hope u can post yours so we can share what resolution has been made. it will really be highly appreciated hearing from u guys...Good luck to all of us especially who are in an ordeal like mine... God bless...To Suzanne, a million thanks for always reading and answering our queries no matter how complicated they are...You are blest with a kind heart...:nurse:

hi jooycee. i sent u a pm in response to your message. hope to hear from u. thanks.:nurse:

I read a certain article in the internet. It says that if your I-140 was approved before the retrogression took place, you are candidate for advance parole. I dont know what they are trying to say...Hope to hear from any of you soon. Thank you!

I am sure advance parole is only if you are already in the US and have filed AOS

Hi Monroe..Is your case complete already at the NVC? My case was completed just last week. What will happen now? Are we still going to receive our packet4 (appt schedule and medical) even with the retrogression going on? :uhoh3:
