I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

NVC forwarded packet 3 : April 5, 2005
Packet 3 sent back to NVC : May 3, 2005

Consular Interview : August 29, 2005

I called the NVC automated phone system. It says there that my case was complete as well as the date when it was completed. It also says to wait for 8 weeks for further instuctions. Yup PinoyRNako had his interview already and got his visa already. I hope we'll be able to get an interview slot soon. By the way, which web site did you check your interview schedule using your priority number? Did you use your priority date of case number? Keep me posted.
Yup, I called up the NVC many times. I followed the instructions given (like press number one for english language, press number eight if you want to hear the message again), but after following the instructions, the automated phone system says (we cannot understand.......). I called them for more than 10 times but same response. Would you mind telling me how you made the call?...you check this website,
http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment, then you enter your priority number/case number issued by the NVC. Then, you will know wether you are scheduled for embassy interview or not....Yes let us pray together that we will get our interview slot soon. By the way, what is your priority date?

Dear Sir/Madam:
Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).
All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified. The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

I have not receive your email. Please send it back to me. To everybody who have posted about their cases. My Priority date was December 24 2004. My Company paid my NVC 31st of july 2006. My NVC was completed Sept 26,2006 and thanks to pinoyRNako for the help, he was the one who called the NVC for me. At these time I have no news with my papers I don't know if I am also affected with the retrogression since my PD was long time ago just imagine going 2 years this Dec. my papers is not moving for more than a year So jenic501 pls PM me again.tnx

Do you have your approval notice with you? you can find your priority date there, it is beside the receipt date. Usually your receipt date is also your priority date. Check it out. Good luck!

Hi Jooycee..... ,It would be better that you email NVC for the update of your application especially after November 10,maybe you will have your interview sched then;) ...and You're not affected by the retrogression coz' your PD is Dec.04' :balloons:

Actually, i was calling the NVC. I followed all the instructions given. Like, press one for english, or press eight to repeat the message. But, after doin all the instructions, their response was, " Im sorry, we could not understand.........". I called them for more than 10 times already but I got same response. I asked my friend in New Jersey ( my former supervisor in the hospital) to call the NVC yesterday, but got no text or phone call from her til now. I emailed the NVC, am still waiting for their reply. Do you have any idea how long will it take for them to reply regarding my inquiry? By the way, how can you help me in contacting the NVC? I want to know my status.Huhuhuhu:angryfire .
