Scrub tops for petite with larger chest?

Nurses Uniform/Gear

Alright, I'm about 5'2" and wear an XS-S petite scrub bottom (depending on brand) and they seem to fit me very well.

On the other hand! Scrub tops have been a nightmare!! I can't find any that fit me around the chest without making me look like I'm wearing a trash bag or swimming in it below the chest area!

Has anyone found any tops that have some extra room in the top but still allow to fit well on the bottom half? My chest isn't abnormally huge or anything but they can't fit in 90% of the tops that I have tried on!! Either I can't get them on, or I'm swimming.

I'm thinking I may need to just get them altered if I want more styles to choose from.

Any advice or brand suggestions are welcomed :)

I don't have a super-large chest, but I did have a set of scrubs once that I think would be perfect for someone who does. Try the Cherokee Flexibles - they have side-panels of really stretchy fabric under both arms. I imagine they'd stretch to fit a larger bust while still being fitted enough to look good on the bottom.

I feel your pain my friend :sour:. I am 5 feet tall, I weigh 110 pounds, but my chest is large :banghead:. It is not an easy task finding scrubs that fit. I wish I had an answer but I have a hard enough time finding scrubs for myself. I'm usually either tripping over my pants or my tops are too big, there is no middle ground. It's crazy. But hey, at least we look good on our days off .

I'm 5 feet, 100 lbs and have a D chest. I wear the wonder wink scrubs. Also I go to this place that sells no name scrubs and they have cute ones that are fitted and have slimming sides. I usually go there for scrubs as well. They're $6.99 a shirt and I just rack up!

I tried wonder wink... The pants were great! The tops... Couldn't even get them over my chest, tried another style in them, I couldnt get OUT of them or even have reasonable range of motion :-/ then I tried the medium and it was like a blanket... *sigh*

I'll have to search for those and try them out! Thanks :)

Perhaps grays anatomy by barco. These don't wrinkle or fade. I'm very curvy--though not skinny. My waist is not super big, but I wear 36 -DDD bras and the grays anatomy scrubs show my shape without looking boxy.

I also like the koi tops-kaitlyn style. It's a mock wrap, with room for "boobs" but with a tie to accent your waist.

I only wear those 2 brands. HTH!

Try peaches tops and urbane brand scrubs. They are roomy up top and tailored along the back waist( vertically some styles or stiched) form fitting.

Urbane is amazing! You will love them if can find them then you can order the same style once you find the size that works!

Cherokee Flexibles!

My wife is tiny (size 0/2 and just breaks a 100lbs. and she owns 87 tops by Seller: "Floridasummer" and she sales on eBay. They are the most flattering and modest scrub tops ever made. She will wear nothing else. Here is a link to her store. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=251561804638&alt=web

Same here! I thought it was just me. I only have one top with them. I thought maybe it would have been different for you but I see we're in the same boAt. Lol
