I usually wear a nice top (can be short sleeved), slacks, and a pair of nice dress shoes. I don't think a full suit is neccessary. Every job fair I have been to I seemed to be dressed appropriately. I was actually astonished by how many people were under dressed in wrinkly clothes, etc. I would advise not wearing scrubs. Just my two cents! Good Luck. I actually landed an interview because of a job fair. So go prepared to answer questions and sell yourself! Also, know EVERYTHING about the hospital. This is what makes you stand out from the rest.
Just wear a nice blouse and nice pair of slacks...or a skirt if you have one, but make sure it is knee length, nothing shorter! Also wear shoes that you are most comfortable in...I can't wear heels well, so I either opt for kitten heels or flats. If you're wearing slacks, just make sure they are hemmed properly so that they aren't dragging on the ground. Good luck!

I know that suit is most appropriate, however, the temps for the day will be triple digit with 90%+ humidity, so I don't know that looking like a drowned rat is any less professional than slacks and a blouse. Would I be severely under dressed if I didn't wear a suit or skirt (I don't even own a skirt, or heels!) First job fair is next Tuesday and I don't want to look like a slob, but not feeling a suit in this heat!!
