Nursing acceptance letter to Chicago City Colleges(Truman, Daley, or Malcolm X)

Did any prenursing students receive acceptance letters from any of Chicago City Colleges yet? I have not receive mine and just trying to get an idea.

In my 8am class this morning, a classmate who was compulsively checking her phone gave me an excited smile and a thumbs up at about 9:15...so don't give up! They're apparently still sending them out. :)

Hi all... Math A, Chem B, English A, Bio B, Compass 100...I finally got through to someone at Truman...Apparently we were placed by GPA and grades, I guess my B's lowered my score but I did get accepted to Daley :D. I called Truman today and a woman said that out of 2100 apps only 600 were placed...She is aware of the revamping but she has no details and that we should receive more info soon for those who were accepted. Congrats to all those accepted, and to those who did not keep your head up...I was not accepted last year at Truman as I was finishing up Micro and Bio 227...Everything happens for a reason and you will get in next time ;)

From what I hear they no longer have accreditation. I think they took it away because of their failure average and the school was not doing a good job with the program. I don't know much else.

So in order to get into Truman you have to have mostly A's? Congrats on getting accepted into Daley :D. I had applied to Truman and got accepted to Daley also...

I asked yesterday. Has any lpn gotten into any city colleges for the brigde program. I'm thinking maybe its considered adifferent program since you pick up at the third semester. Some schoools have different applications and differet due dates. Also has anyone heard anything this evening? I'm still hopeful I have all A's and B's and lpn license and emt licence with a 99% on compass. So I'm a little upset about not getting a letter yet.
