Still waiting.. and getting very nervous!!!!!!!!!!!
I did not get in last year so if I don't this i will be very upset=(
Last year I DID NOT get a rejection letter.. which they said they were going to send out...
I called the office today. I guess that Erica is not the secretary anymore.
I was told that the letters have not been mailed out yet and should be mailed out Friday.

Also very nervous over here. Was checking the mailbox every day, heart down to toes. I spoke to the secretary at Truman today. It seems they haven't even had an admissions meeting yet, haven't determined minimum ranking points necessary, and are not ready to mail out any letters. She said to call next week for an update. Yikes!!!!!!! I already can't sleep---life is up in the air and feel like I've been waiting forever to get in. And we're supposed to register for classes for the fall and summer??? I think I need a valium.
Thank you for all your responses. I guess we just have to keep our fingers crossed.
They have not even had an admission meeting yet!?
Oh my gosh.
I'm sorry that is one thing I dislike about the school itself it is UNORGANIZED
but I do know the actual nursing program is good but getting there is such a hassle!
Good luck everyone

I love this place! Reading these posts made me realize that I am not alone in this waiting game. I have been checking my mailbox each day like everyone else. So thank you all for the updates. It sucks that they are behind schedule, but at least we now know that no news is not yet bad news.
I might be able to get some more info on the hold up at Truman. (I know a few people who work there, but I have been a bit shy about bugging them). If I get any info that I can actually share, I will let you all know ASAP.
Good luck to everyone!
baila,
Daley's nursing dept said the same thing about they haven't had an admission meeting. The secretary said students will be notified before end of April.
Is something going on over at the City Colleges? What happened to "you will receive your acceptance on or before April 1". Couldn't they post on their website that the letters are delayed? We're all waiting, and they don't say a word! This is not a great start, is it?
My friend went to Truman today. They are sending out letters today (Friday) or Monday, they think. Good luck, everyone
