Nursing acceptance letter to Chicago City Colleges(Truman, Daley, or Malcolm X)

Did any prenursing students receive acceptance letters from any of Chicago City Colleges yet? I have not receive mine and just trying to get an idea.

Also, there is consistency. They are only looking at three prerequisites for entrance, which means you can get in after only taking the three. Crazy, huh? I had 92 points+ and was pretty sure I was going to have a seat.

I just received an e-mail. The lady who sent it said a formal letter is in the mail. I have until May 9th to respond to have my spot saved.

Truthfully, all I want to know at this point is "yes" or "no". This suspense is just too much and makes me feel awful.

I'm with you. I'm still waiting and it gives me hope that they're still sending out e-mails. I got A's in all my prereqs and coreqs. I'd be mad ****** if I wasn't given a seat.

Thanks... I didn't know Daley had a nursing program. I live so far from Daley but I guess I'll be going there lol.

If you live far from Daley I wonder how they decided on the location for each applicant? I definitely live on the northside and got accepted to Truman's program. I'm glad I don't have to travel far.

What a horribly, anxious day it's been. I hope that all are at peace with the decisions -- mine came late in the day. I got in to Truman, my second year applying. Hang in there, everyone!
