Anyone else have to do a self evaluation?
Accomplishments
Goals
etc
Any great ideas? I hate doing these!

Every year...it doesn't make any difference because the salary is set across the board. So, I put "meets expectation" on everything, don't add any comments, sign the darn thing and turn it back in.

I have to do one too, despite starting in January. Ours is 8 pages!
I rated myself as "meets expectations" or "needs improvement" because I figure I should only improve from here

I am awesome and I rock it as a school nurse..And I dare ya to tell me anything different, cause if I did do something wrong you betcha ya sweet patootie someone else would be doing the evaluation....so there...
LOL
I need to add that when it is time for the evaluation meeting with the AP - I sit there and let her read it to me, I nod my head in agreeance (is that even a word, LOL) and smile.

We have to set goals towards the beginning of the year and post "evidence" supporting meeting these goals. It actually makes it more straight forward, e.g. "I will run a lice education group." (Then upload a syllabus, photos, etc.) But whether you excel or just do the minimum, there's no difference in compensation.
But do you get a participation ribbon?

I'm not even sure how our evaluation is here at my school... hopefully it's self evaluation and I'll just give myself meets expectations.
