Hello All,

I am applying for the nurse corps loan repayment program 2016 cycle, I just spoke to a representative who told me the application cycle opens up tomorrow. For those of you who have applied any tips advice etc.? I am very excited about this opportunity because I have an outrageous amount of loans.

My colleague said that she received her lump sum last year around the middle to the end of October. I have never done online banking so I check at the ATM every few days. Nothing yet.

I was funded for one month on 9-16. Expected funding would be around the same day each month, but nothing so far for October.

I think it was in August. Got notified of the acceptance at the end of July. Was turned down in 2015. I'm nursing faculty and it seems like they were among the first to be notified.

I have not received funding yet, but under "My Financial History" in the BHW Portal, it lists a payment with a monetary amount as "processed" for the month of October. Yesterday it said "Processing", and it wasn't there when I checked it a couple weeks ago.

Hopefully the portal gives a little insight! But we should receive it by the end of Oct.

I just called and they said it will say "submitted " or something along those lines when it is deposited. And that "processed" means it is still processing apparently. Per what the representative stated. He said it should be by the end of the month.
