NURS 4465 - Vulnerable Populations (starting 8/12/13)

Getting an early start on the support group thread for the August 4465 class.

I heard it's second only to Research in terms of horror level...though having just survived Research, I'm optimistic about this one--it can only be better than Research was.

I know I thought it was weird that it is due on Wednesday. It is not like they have a lot of grading to do this week. It could be due on Friday.

I wish I could get access to the quiz in Holistic Health today. If I could, I would be done with both classes. I just have to finish up the week 5 assignment and I am done. I feel like so many of the questions they want you to answer in these papers are so redundant. It is hard enough for me to come up with an answer that is at least one paragraph, but when the next two questions are basically the same question reworded it makes me want to bang my head on my desk.

Haha on the last assignment I seriously considered just copying/pasting a paragraph earlier in the paper because the question was nearly identical.

Was up until 1am doing the FEMA certification last night. At least it's good for some CEU's!

It didn't dawn on me that I could potentially fail it...and not know until Wednesday or so...so lets hope that doesn't happen!!!

It is finished! So glad it is over! Took wk 5 quiz early. Anyone going to be suffering through Assessment next? Looking forward to a lovely 2 weeks off!!!!

I'm taking assessment next, although I'm wondering if I shouldn't switch and take research instead. I may be starting a new job in October and wouldn't have a lot of control over my schedule. I was told I really need to have Fri/Sat off while taking research. I'm absolutely dreading both classes...

Research won't be available again until the November 4 start date. Research is the only class I have left before capstone so I guess I will be taking a month off. I would rather be completely done before Christmas but I guess I will have to take capstone after the first of the year.

Nevermind. I just received my certificate in the mail. Congrats yall. This class is over!....on to Capstone.

Also in assessment next! Luckily I passed the FEMA certification and got my certificate today!

Didn't realize we have a week break! Plus I'm taking assessment by itself instead of doubling or tripling so I'm looking forward to the break!

I'm halfway done!
