Hey boo! I agree with Giggles be very patient. I applied on June 11th and got my email July 8th. The good thing is that you applied early. I as well can't wait to start and meet all you guys on Jan. 10th for our orientation. Stay positive = )

I have a 3.633, I have 155 service volunteer hours at the Office of Students with Disabilities at FAU, and I got a phone call from Nova yesterday telling me they recieve my application and I should know by the end of October they said all their decisions will be made!

Thank you! I applied for the Davie campus! I am also applying to FAU, I took the HESI nursing entrance exam on Friday and got a 91.4%, Fau is just sooo competitive from what I hear that I dont wanna put all my eggs in one basket!! I will definately keep you posted!!

thanks guys... Im waiting and I hope I get in to join you guys in the program!!!! I have a question for those who were already admitted does Nova offer health insurance? If so is it cheap? Does it have to be a certain type of insurance? What kind of coverage is required?

Good luck to everyone starting their journey tomorrow for the Fall we will all see each other eventually, the winter class anxiouslly awaits for our orientation day. OMG I CANT WAIT!!! all my winter classmates see you guys soon b/c time flys = ) we are only getting closer. GOOOOOOO SHARKS!

Winter term online information- I spoke to A.O regarding when Nova will post our class information online, such as our schedule, book list, etc. According to A.O we should expect to see the winter term information posted and updated as of November or December.

hi everyone,

i'm sorry if i'm asking the same question again. i just posted something on another thread, but realized that it was an outdated thread (i wasn't sure if anyone was checking that thread or not). it seems like everyone has been accepted for jan 2011 already!

i turned in the app (in person) on august 15, and haven't heard anything yet. i know it's been only 3 weeks, but anxiety is kicking in high gear!

ok so.....i have been searching for days and wasting gas, but i finally found the websites to order our scrubs and lab coat/jacket (just in case anyone else is getting the run around). scrubs: http://www.nsuuniformstore.com and for the lab coat: http://www.webmedbooks.com/nova/default2.aspx?id=1. i went to the uniforms for america (7051 w broward blvd, plantation, fl 33317.... 954-316-7051) to get my scrub bottoms b/c they have a buy 3 get 1 free special. if anyone is interested make sure to get "cherokee" brand in teal (tag says: 4101 tlbw). i went to the nsu bookstore to match the color and it is exact. they also have embroidering for the scrub top but it is cheaper to buy it online with nsu. hope this helps!!! yay for the jan.2011 sharks!!!!!!

hey today I went to the bookstore today to try on the lab coatto the order it online. The lady that helped me gave me both websites and I ordered my coat as soon as I got home..Yay!!! I am so excited!!!!:nurse::nurse:
