Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.
I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.
@cookiemonsterpower I just got accepted to the program. I was just wondering where did you get your uniforms? Also, how many days a week do you have to go to school?
Hey well im a first semester student and theres two groups of us one group is baptist scholar and another group its the Kendall students. I think we all have school mondays through thursday and friday off..its one class a day except mondays and wednesday that we have two classes. Hello Laura. Thank you for offering to answer any questions we may have. Unfortunately, I'm a new user, and I am not allowed to write private messages. I hope it's okay that I ask you on this forum. I applied to Nova for the Winter 2014 term, and I have an interview scheduled for this Wednesday the 30th. How many questions did they ask each of you during the interview? Also, I've heard that if you are accepted you must pay $200 to reserve your place in the program. Are there any other fees that we have to pay out of pocket before starting the program?
Yeah it's fine there is no problem. When I had my interview I was only asked one question and then write a small paragraph. But I heard they changed some things now and you guys have to take an exam? I'm not sure about that, and I had to pay 200 to reserve a seat and that was it that I remember of

Thank you Laura! Yes, we did have to take an exam. It was the Kaplan Entrance Exam. So, only remember having to pay $200, no other fees, correct? Also, do you remember how much you roughly spent on books, scrubs and materials? I don't need an exact amount, just a rough estimate if possible. Thanks again!
@amendez922 I just bought two sets of scrubs At rhe book store for $95. Also, the lab coat cost $42. I dont know how much books are but I think it will be around $300.

My Kaplan was a 62 , my science GPA is 3.8 and overall is almost a 3.7. When was your interview? mine was Oct 23rd..I really don't know what chances I have
