Nova Southeastern University Entry Level BSN?

U.S.A. Florida

Published

Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.

I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.

Thanks everyone in advance! :)

Hi all, I have been trying to contact an advisor at NSU, and I am unable to reach anyone. Does anyone know if the all of the general education courses have an expiration date for them, or does that only pertain to some of them? If only some of them, which ones? I took some of my pre-req's back in 1997 and 1998, and I am praying to God that I don't have to re-take those courses again!!! Thank you all in advance for your help!

@Sperkyperk, don't quote me on this, but I think the general courses have to be taken within the past ten years.... you might have to take them again.. but again don't quote me on that

Thank you so much for your reply. I FINALLY got through to someone at NSU. Andrea was at an orientation at that moment, however, I spoke with an undergrad advisor who told me that there isn't a timeframe on the classes. She did, however, recommend that the science courses be as current as possible. All of those courses are current for me, its just the written communications and human growth and development that are super old. I hope she was right!
