I applied to Nova's Entry Level BSN program today for Fall 2012 semester and thought it may be helpful to start up a forum.

Has everyone finished their perquisites? Does anyone else have a not so competitive GPA (like me)? Does anyone know who is considered a competitive applicant? Where is everyone else applying?
I look forward to speaking with everyone and hopefully entering the Fall '12 class together!
Haha 730 on the dot I am all over my email!! Just a fun fact - my sister goes to Nova, she's in the pharmacy program and she told me that Nova has been known to accept people up until orientation day. Sooooo as long as you haven't been rejected there still hope!! My guess is that they make their first round decision and then based on who accepts they continually send out acceptances.

I also got my package today, but my package didn't come with the application for Baptist Scholars either :/ I paid my acceptance fees yesterday, and still have yet to receive my background PIN. I guess I'll call them about it tomorrow. I think I've harassed them enough today lol

Yayyyy!!! Congratulations Miami heat I got accepted too this morning for davie campus and i had interview at 11 am on may 3rd so you must be in the same group. what was the question they asked you in interview? may be i remember you. Good luck to everyone who is waiting.
Hi everyone! Congratulations to all who have been accepted into Nova's nursing programs. I am a third semester nursing student at the Fort Myers campus and both my roommate (who is also in her third semester) and I are looking for 2 new female roommates. We would love to have nursing students living with us because we are very academically oriented. We currently live around 15-20 min from campus (we take I75) straight to campus. Our apartment complex is called "Coastal Village", and the rent is currently $535 which includes cable, internet, water, electricity, furniture, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and access to pool/tanning bed/gym/game room. The apartment complex houses mostly college students. In our particular apartment there are four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom; the kitchen and living room are in the center of all four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate lock so only you will have access to your bedroom/bathroom. Coastal Village has a website and model apartments available to view at your liking from 9-5 Monday-Saturday. There is an application to live here (which costs $50), however a security deposit will not be needed. 9 month and 12 month leases are available. If you are interested you can even come here and check out our particular apartment to see the two rooms available. The lease will begin in early August before school starts.
Omg!! Sweetpricy Congrats!!!!!? I am super happy for you!!! You sooooooooo deserved to get in and you give me the faith that I too can get in for the fall I am going to start volunteering as well. I may not get to the 700 like you but maybe by August I could have enough.

I got my package today as well... But werent we supposed to receive the Baptist Scholarship as well... I am so confused!!!! Lol Should we call them tomorrow and ask?
I got the package today.... nice. so many papers.. but the application for the baptist scholarship didnt come .. so dont expect to see that in the package... :)

my interview is coming up real soon and i am very nervous( i have trouble sleeping at night)...i have never been interviewed before and i suck at public speaking! for those of you that already had an interview what type of questions do they ask and i heard there's also an essay! what are the topics pleassssse! looking forward to hear from you guys! remember we are in this together! any help will be greatly appreciated! thank you in advance
