Nov test takers

Anybody is taking NCELX in Nov? Let's get together and support each other to go through this. I am taking the test on NOv 19. Studying tips are welcome too.

somebody just mentioned the SATA questions - select all that apply - lippincott has an "alternate format" book called 250 New format Questions - guess we'll be seeing more of them as well.

Congrats:balloons: Thank you for letting me know how you studied.. I have been studying for around 3-4 months now and not getting around much but recently, seriously started with Suzanne's first tip and will continue to do so.. will definitely test only when I have at least completed her plan!!

Thanks!! I do agree... I am like reading the posts here at allnurses like 2-3 times a day...but honestly we do need some kind of blogspot to just vent!!!..The book on priortization...by Mosby is presently on my mind but honestly before I could get on to this site I went and bought a couple of NCLEX review books and now I am presently trying to see where I could get the cheapest books !! I am trying to buy a list of them which includes Saunders latest edition(I have the 2nd edn), and 250 new format plus Mosby...I have done the KAPLAN REVIEW COMPLETE..along with qt and Q-bank.

igmirnor: After Friday, my day, I want to start a blog just for nclex stuff. there are so many things to know outside of the content and nursing experience. As well, it helps to have a community of people who know what you're going through. One things's for sure - don't ever listen to stuff like, well, I only had a few meds, etc. etc. because you never know what your questions will be. I would like to know more about CAT testing process - for instance, if you bomb a question, do you then get a question on the same material, etc. etc. 'nuther thing worth mentioning - then I gotta study! is Mosby's "Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment" is worth going through since it seems to be a universal agreement that prioritization and delegation are very important. I'm so curious to see what it's going to be like!

i passed!!!!!!!!!!!

i just want to thank god almight for answering my prayers and giving me the wisdow and knowledge to pass the exam.

also, i would like to thank my nov. family for your prayer and support. i felt your prayers the whole entire time while i was taking the exam. i was not nervous at all. i went in there took the test and came out not feeling like i passed or failed---i just didn't have a feeling at all. but i looked at the nursing board today and my name was on there.

i want to thank suzanne for her support and help. i didn't use your entire plan, but i did use the first half and your method to use the saunder's book and cd only.

igmirnor - i only used the saunder book and cd. i just went at my own speed, which took me 6 month to complete.

love you all and i will continue to keep everyone in my prayers.
