Northlake/El Centro Spring 09

Anyone waiting to get accepted for the Spring 09 ADN program at Northlake or El Centro out there?

I know that letters (snail mail) is not even going out until 10/15, but it's killing me. Five more weeks until we find out. I feel like my life is on hold.

They told me the lowest accepted was 3.6 with 17 hours. Was that not true?

ijp7325. Your acceptance was revoked too with a 3.73? Did they say what the lowest was after the new calculations? This is a big mess!

No, my acceptance was not revoked, they misscalculated my grades from the beginning and I got a rejection letter. I think the lowest now is a 3.8 with 17 credit hours.

Lets be positive! If they open another section then there will be 10 more spots and there are always people that got in in other universities....

:up:IM IN!! IM IN!! I got in at el centro! am so excited right now!! They had my address written wrong so i never got any letter in the first place!!!I cant wait!!

I hope something works out for all who are still waiting to hear from el centro the second time!!

I got in! I had to go meet with Kanora today so she could give me my packet!

I GOT IN...IM SO EXCITED.

I originally got a rejection letter, but I disputed it. Then, Kanora sent an email saying that they miscalculated the GPA. I will be attending NLC for Spring 09...whoo hoo:wink2: I picked up my acceptance packet yesterday!!!!

Snowflake You must have been the other one that came in yesterday too. Kanora told me there was another person yesterday. Funny, I disputed my letter too! I'm in at North Lake too!

I was there around 1 but I saw someone else had signed in to meet with her. She told me someone else had been there. I can't believe things have been such a mess. I'm taking HPRS 1204 over right now, should there be a chance I didn't get in, I could apply for the fall...I'm a little afraid to drop it because I'm afraid they'll make another mistake.

You really have to stay on top of them....as you can see anything can happen. I finally got in (on my 3rd try). I really feel bad for all those people for had there application revoked.
