I'm going to be at the NLC campus! See you in June for orientation!
Also, congrats for making it to the next semester to all new 2nd - 4th semester NLC/ECC student nurses & congrats to the graduates! :balloons:
Good luck to everyone!
Our e-campus was down also and our test is still on the same day - tomorrow....I've been studying most of the day. What sucks is I thought I had allergies the last 2 days....I finally accepted today that I have a cold, and it's gotten worse throughout the day. I hope my head is clear enough to think for the test tomorrow.

we had our cancer test on Jan. 29, I personally thought it was not that bad, others thought it was hard. It depends on who you ask I guess.
I felt very rushed and pressured because we also had no ecampus for the first week, no lecture notes, lots of psych papers, etc., management class thrown in, but as always we had to manage ( isn't ECC lovely).
Mi'shelle did you go to the Parkland/Dinner? We had Baylor at ECC for Lunch last Tuesday, also.
I wish you all good luck on your tests !!!!
I went to the UTSW/St. Paul one last night. They brought us lunch Thursday. I think this coming Thursday, Baylor will be at NLC. I didn't know there was one for Parkland.
Our test was pushed back because 1) no instructor, 2) no presentations, 3) no presentations even after ECC got theirs working. I finally finished with Psych on Tuesday....5 out of the 10 days that we actually had ecampus went to psych. (Not even including the amount of time I spent on management!)
Oh well....all is back on track now, I think, and the semester is counting down!!! Vent/Rant over.... lol
Our test was ummmmm, I think, a cancer unit test. I'll leave it at that. I passed, so I am definitely happy, but, I wish I would've done better, of course.
Now on to study Endo! Good luck to you as well!
Hows the externship going? Still loving the L&D?

Yes, it's a great place. When we were there, we went to see the cemetery but the gates were closed and locked. So make sure you find somebody who can open it for you.
Pet therapy is really cool, I pet almost every animal there. Also, it was nice to see how some patients opened up and talked about animals or about their favorite music during music therapy. Their drama, dance and physical fitness classes are really good, too. It's hard to find time to attend these classes and also observe treatment teams or talk to patients. Oh, and you also have to finish all your paperwork, haven't you.
