Congrats to all of us that were accepted to the nursing program at either campus for Fall '06!!!!

By the way.....I won't get to gather data for my careplan until March 1st.

The first day I shadowed in PP, and that was last Thursday. This Thurs, no school. :uhoh3:

So, my careplan making is condensed compared to whoever got PP the first and second weeks, or like y'all, are in M/S first. :uhoh21:

Oh well....I can do it!

I am sorry you having trouble, I will have my IM check off this comming Tuesday and I am worried about that tubex thingy, I just can't seem to work that thing right,lol.

I had my SIM Baby yesterday, so I have that out of the way, now we have to study for this Pharmtest, Majorcare plan , Virtual clinicals and yes we got Case studies, too.

I say B.S. to that! I told him, "When you are working with a patient, and something goes on, ADRENALINE kicks in.....not ANXIETY!"

Well...

This semester I am having anxiety during clinicals. We are only doing med-surg nursing and I am not fond of that. Last week during clinicals I noticed that I started sweating so I checked my pulse. It was around 110bpm. :uhoh21: It's not always that high but it comes and goes. I think that depending on the situation on the floor I am having moderate anxiety. Can you tell that I don't enjoy med surg nursing??? :uhoh3:

My clinical instructor is wonderful, classmates are nice, and I don't have any other med. problem going on. I guess I just need to finish this semeser ASAP.

At the same time though, if something happens, I bet adrenaline would kick in to get you through......especially after you get out in the real world. ;)

I'll be at ECC tomorrow for SimBaby.

NLC's pharm test got moved to Tuesday at 8AM at NLC.

So...I'll be at NLC on the 26th for post-conference, Katie. (Which is when I'll get my feedback from my NBN mini-careplan.)

Everyone must be busy bees studying so diligently. :)

I'm truckin' along studying for the Pharm test, studying for lecture test 2, and IM.

Test 1 and test 2 are so far away from each other, it's easy to put studying for it on the back burner and concentrate soley on Pharm, but I am NOT doing that. I hope it pays off.
