I work out of a home office. It's a struggle but I only occasionally succumb to the urge to make a batch of refrigerator cookie dough and take more than one day to eat. all. of. it. Sigh.
My guilty pleasure: Watching the British Baking Show followed by Downton Abbey, on PBS.com, on Monday mornings when I ought to be working. Or maybe Grantchester. Or Nature.
After tests I always stop at a Caribou Coffee and get a mint condition mocha. I think it's around 450 calories and I don't care.
Haven't been working out as hard, I used to do around 20 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of hard strength training. Now I grab my iPad and plug away at the elliptical for 45 minutes while doing my reading for school. Multitasking isn't ideal but at least I'm getting it done.
Overall I eat pretty healthy. I don't eat out much and I cook from scratch as opposed to using processed foods. But cheese is my weakness. Cheese makes everything delicious. Last night I made a sausage pasta with a cream sauce and lots of cheese and it was amazing. Made mac 'n' cheese from scratch not too long ago too and it was amazing. Probably more calories than the kraft but at least it didn't have that weird powdered stuff.
Obesity kills. Let's not celebrate being a couch potato. Is it really fun to "commit suicide" over many years? I guess when you can't fit out your front door, you can have an enabler bring your truckloads of candy like the famous 1,000 pound man.Keep it real.
Based on this and your post in the other thread. In any case, it's also not fun to hate and people for being obese.
And having pizza once a week is hardly the same as being unable to move. That would kind of take practicing nursing out of the question.
This is a light hearted thread. Keep it real.

For example: Every Sunday I order a Pizza and watch the Walking Dead.
